We had Lan Anh cater our backyard party. We went with the egg rolls (meat and veggie), spring rolls (meat and veggie) and the Hanoi Sliders. The eggs and spring rolls were great but the Hanoi Sliders were the hit of the party. We also had the fried rice, glass noodles and garlic noodles. My vegetarian friends said the garlic noodles were some of the best they’ve ever had. The large party trays were very cost effective for how much food we got.
